How do I reset my password?

If you're on one of our mobile apps you can reset your password at the login screen by tapping on the Forgot Password? link and receiving an email from support@happy.co. (lease make sure you check your junk mail folders), then following the workflow in the email.

You can also reset your password through the login screen of our homepage happy.co.

Can I edit my profile and change my password online?

You can update your user details by logging in to our web app Happy Manage and editing your user details. Your profile link is down the lower left corner when you log in.

What is the Happy Inspector device limit warning I'm receiving?

If you're receiving a warning about a device limit, you simply need to login to Happy Manage on your desktop and unlink the first installation of the Happy Inspector app.

This can also be done on the web browser on your mobile device too.

If your the admin user you have a couple of extra tabs in your web app Happy Manage, including Company Management, where you can edit the name, email and phone of your users.

You can do this on the Company Management page in your Happy Manage, your web app. Click the blue 'Create New User' button at the top right. Complete their details and click 'Add User' for an email invite to be sent out to your new user.

Yes, you can absolutely change the roles of your team members to restrict the types of actions they can and can't do in our app. Do this by logging in to your Happy Manage web app from our homepage happy.co. Click on the Company Management tab and the user who's role you want to change. Click on their role underneath their name and select the new role.

I'm the Happy Inspector admin at my company, what are folders?

Folders are a way of managing your units or properties in Happy Inspector. If you're in multifamily, a folder will usually be one of your communities and underneath your folder will be listed your community's units. 

If you're in single family property management, your folders will be portfolios of properties under management, maybe based on Property Manager or regions.

As the admin you can restrict your team's access to your account by managing the folders they work out of.

I'm the Happy Inspector admin at my company, can I manage access to my folders?

If you're the admin user for your company you can manage access to your folders in Happy Manage. The default is for everyone in your company to have access but you can restrict access by clicking through to the folder you want to manage access for and click the 'Manage access' link in the folder Overview

You first enable folder access restrictions and then grant access to the team members who need to have access.

Please note: if a team member's folder access is revoked while they still have an inspection not uploaded off their device, they may receive some warnings in their mobile app. If this is the case, grant them temporary access until all the data is uploaded then restrict access again.

You can definitely change the name of your folder or folders on your account. Do this by logging in to your Happy Manage web app from our homepage happy.co. Click on the folder you want to rename then click on the 'Rename this folder' link in the folder Overview
