Let's cover how to run reports!
The good news: they can be run at any time -- and as many times as your teams need -- even if you're in the middle of a Unit Walk or Lease File Audit. In fact, we find it's good practice to check out the reports mid-walk, so that you can be sure all of the necessary information is coming in correctly.
To get the ball rolling, navigate to the DD Orders tab. Then, click on your order. From there, click the Generate Reports button. That will generate an email to the address associated with your account. The email will include a link to the Google Drive folder where the reports are stored.
After you've clicked Generate Reports, you'll know your effort was successful because the buttons will change to View Reports and Regenerate Reports. From there, click View Reports and you'll be taken to a google drive folder that includes "active" order reports.
If you'd like to make any changes to your data and run the reports again, just click on Regenerate Reports. That will refresh the report in the google drive folder so that they include the data you've updated.
No matter how many times customers generate reports, they should click Mark DD Complete to formally close up the due diligence process. This will generate reports in the same way as clicking Generate Reports. However, the order's status tracker will officially change to "complete" -- which teams are sure to find useful for record-keeping purposes. However, it's important to note: you can still click Regenerate Reports even after this step!
Finally, to ease any doubts around the reporting process, we want to confirm -- nothing bad will happen to your teams' hard work if you generate a report mid-walk!
And, leaving things on a stylish note: DD customers can add custom colors to the header and their logo. All they need to do is send us a service request or an email at email@example.com that includes a .PNG or .JPEG file of the logo, as well as the HTML code of the color they'd want to replace the default "HappyCo green."
And that's it -- all you need to know to run reports for due diligence!
