1. Make Sure All Data Uploads
If any of your team are having trouble with uploading the photos and data from their devices so you can finalize your reports, please have them review the following Help Article regarding the upload process: FAQ: Troubleshooting Sync - Why are photos not appearing on my report?

2. Access Your Reports
Once you're sure you have all of your data onto your HappyCo account, please reach out to your Account Manager who's been working with you to help you prepare the final, PDF Report Package and Turn Matrix.
