User Management  Register

Tuesday, March 7th, 9:30am (30 min)

This course will go over how to add, edit, and deactivate users.  We will also cover the different roles and permissions, and how to reset a password.

This training is open to Process Managers, Admins, and Property Managers using Call Complete.



Happy Tasks in Spanish Register

Tuesday, March 14th 11am (30 min)

This training will go over features of the Happy Tasks mobile app and Manage to include (but not limited to): Filters, Task detail, Activity Feed, Categories, Sync, Integrations, Creating, Closing, and Push Notifications.

The ideal participant would be any maintenance team member, controller, or any property personal that helps manage work orders.

In order to get the most out of this training, please have the app downloaded onto a device you can access during the call.  Please ensure you can login and view the properties you are assigned to. 

This training will be conducted completely in Spanish.


How to Build a Template for Inspections Register

Tuesday, March 21st, 9:30am (45 min)

This training is going to cover all the details of how a template is setup.  Some of those details include: items, rating sets, sections, scoring, requirement, reports, scheduling, property access.

The ideal participant is a Regional Manager (or higher) with admin access.



Call Complete Register

This training is for our newest call management product, Call Complete.  During the training I will cover scheduling, Task and PMS integration, activity dashboards, community broadcasts, resident notifications, and more.

The ideal participants for this training are property managers and maintenance personnel.



Insights 1.0 Register

Wednesday, March 29th, 11am (30 min)

This training is not for the faint of heart, because of the power it holds!  We will only begin to scratch the surface, however, we will cover how to read and use your existing dashboards, and how to begin to build and share other visualizations using the data collected by your team.

The ideal participants are managers with Admin access.


Insights 2.0 Register

Thursday, March 30th, 11am (30 min)

This training is a continuation of Insights 1.0.  We will build on filtering, data, and visualization.  We will also cover how to auto-schedule reports to be sent via email.

Insights 3.0 Register

Friday, March 31th, 11am (30 min)

This training is a continuation of Insights 1.0 and 2.0.  You must have taken those as a prerequisite.

The ideal participants are managers with Admin access.
