Project checklists ensure your teams are delivering projects in a consistent and standardized manner leading to greater efficiencies.
Project checklists have been separated into 3 stages:
- Pre-construction
- During construction
- Post Construction
Default exterior project checklist
To assist users with the standardization. There is a default exterior project checklist that we provide for all customers to use. The default can be accessed and edited in Account Settings. The default exterior project checklist will pre-populate for every new exterior project that is created.
Step 1: Go to Account Settings
Step 2: Select the overflow menu (3 vertical dots) and select edit
Step 3: Edit the default checklist by adding or removing items from each of the sections. You are able to re-order the item by selecting and dragging the 6 dot icon on the right hand side of the bin icon up and down. You can only re-order items within their stage.
Editing the project checklist
When you are in an exterior project or unit renovation, you are able to edit that project's checklist by simply adding or deleting items from one of the three stages. This might come in handy when you are delivering a project that requires departure from the standard default that you have set up.
