You are able to automatically schedule your preventative fixed asset maintenance schedule when you have both Happy Asset: CapEx & Renos as well as Happy Property.

Once you have added your Fixed Asset(s) load up the manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedule. These maintenance activities are then created in our Tasks product as work orders. They are created 2 weeks in advance of their scheduled date.

Setting up maintenance activities

Step 1: navigate to your fixed asset

Step 2: In the Preventative Maintenance tile select your preferred option to upload the schedule. You can either bulk upload using a spreadsheet in our bulk uploader, or you can create each individual activity manually.

Step 3: Once you've created your schedule, ensure you have a maintenance start date set. The automatic scheduling of activities will only start once this date has been set. To set the maintenance start date use the edit button in the top right corner.
