- Dynamic Refresh for Summaries:
- Summaries now refresh when task descriptions are updated, ensuring that technicians always have the latest information.
- Detection of Multiple Issues:
- The summarizer now recognizes multiple tasks within a single Task (for example., "fix blinds and replace air filter") and ensures that no details are missed.
- Improved Accuracy:
- Summaries now capture important resident details such as access instructions (ex: “only enter in the morning”) and avoid omitting critical context.
JoyAI Auto Summaries Removed from Projects and Inspections (September 20th, 2024)
JoyAI Auto Summaries will no longer be generated for Tasks created from Projects and Inspections. This update doesn’t affect existing information – the AI summary was always displayed in a separate field without altering task details. The change helps maintain clarity and accuracy by ensuring the original task information remains the primary focus.

- Navigate to Happy Property/Tasks and select one or more properties.
- Open a work order.
- A summary of the work order will appear.

- From your device’s home screen, open the Happy Property App.
- From the “My Work” or “Work Orders” section, open a work order.
- A summary of the work order will appear.
