Unit Walk Reports

• Community Walk - Condition Ratings and Photos: Includes all condition ratings, photos, and descriptions for community units, along with a pie chart showing the count of ratings per item.
• Community Walk - Condition Summary: Provides a count of condition ratings per item for community units.
• Unit Walk - Condition Ratings and Photos: Features all condition ratings, photos, and descriptions for standard units, with a pie chart displaying the count of ratings per item.
• Unit Walk - Condition Summary: Shows a summary of condition ratings per item for standard units.
• Community Walk - Ratings, Photos, and Costs: Comprehensive condition ratings with associated costs and photos, organized by section for community units.
• Unit - Cost Breakdown: Detailed cost analysis by unit, including rating value, item cost, quantity, and subtotal per item.
• Unit - Cost Summary: Summary of total costs by unit number.
• Unit Walk - Ratings, Photos, and Costs: Complete condition ratings with associated costs and photos, organized by section for standard units.
• Walk - Cost Summary: Summary of total costs by item, including rating value, item cost, quantity, and subtotal.
• Unit Walk Export: Comprehensive item feed listing all items, ratings, sections, and unit numbers.
• Walk - All Photos: Collection of all unit and exterior photos from the walk.
• Walk - All Ratings: Summary of all ratings per item, including rating counts and a pie chart.
• Walk - Comment Report: Detailed report of all comments, categorized by unit number, section, item, rating, and comment.
• Walk Issues Report - Repair or Replace: Items marked for repair or replacement, organized by unit number, item, rating, and section.
• Unit Walk - Inspection Matrix: Complete data for each unit, provided in CSV format.
• Unit Walk - Comments: CSV format report of all comments.

Note: If a Common Area inspection was not completed, the Community Walk reports will generate as blank. To troubleshoot this, make sure there is at least one Complete inspection against the Common Area unit.

Lease File Audit Reports

• Lease File Audit Overview: Compilation report showing demographics, rent analysis by floorplan, household income, and more (see below).

• All Currency Details: Comprehensive list of all currency fields, organized by unit.
• Occupant Income: Detailed breakdown of occupant income data, including unit information, occupant status, income details, and annual unit income analysis.

• Unit Occupant Details: Complete list of occupant information, including DOB, employer, income details, and screening status, organized by unit.
• Raw LFA Data (CSV): Unprocessed Lease File Audit data in CSV format.
• All Fields with Notes: Summary of all fields that include flag notes.
• Data Feed: Comprehensive list of all entered data.
• Currency Variance Report: Details any discrepancies in currency fields by unit, including rent roll amount, audit amount, and calculated variance.
