- Seamless Integration for Work Assignment Board users: This update is essential communicating task ordering from the Work Assignment Board to your Mobile App Users.
- Unified View of Tasks: Manage all assigned work across all Properties in one place.
- Enhanced Filters and Search Options: Quickly find the tasks you need.
- Flexible Rollback: Users can revert to the previous experience if needed.
How to Join the Beta Program
The Beta Programme will go live Jan 27th, 20205. We recommend that you nominate 2-5 HappyCo mobile app users who are completing Work Orders (this may be a pod/team or a few superstar Technicians)
- Nominate Users: Send an email to mike.brown@happy.co with the name and email addresses of the mobile users who can Beta test this feature with us
- Enable the Feature: Nominated users will see a tutorial in-app on how to use "User Settings" to turn on “My Work V2.”
- Provide Feedback: Feedback can be provided by the user in-app at any time and after 2-3 weeks of use an in-app, 4 question survey will appear to conclude the test.
Flexibility and Support
While we’re confident in the new experience, users can revert to the previous version at any time through their profile settings if needed. Additionally, our support team is on standby to assist with any issues or feedback during the beta.
