How it works

• Smart Assign analyzes your team and work orders. It considers the technicians you’ve selected on the Work Assignment Board and unassigned work orders in the Unassigned column. Using our intelligent algorithm, it generates the most efficient assignment plan.

• It optimizes assignments based on key factors. The algorithm prioritizes urgent work orders, matches jobs with the right technicians based on skills, and minimizes travel time to improve efficiency.

• You review, adjust, and finalize. Before finalizing, you can review and edit the assignment plan. Once confirmed, technicians will receive notifications on their devices with their assigned work.
