Feature Summary
The Work Order Issues feature makes work orders easier to understand by automatically assigning a specific issue classification. This helps maintenance teams quickly identify what the problem is and how to fix it, improving efficiency and reducing miscommunication.
How It Works
1. Automatic Assignment
- When a work order is created, the system analyzes the description and assigns a Work Order Issue based on the details.
2. Manual Assignment and Fixes

If the system doesn’t assign an issue correctly, the Work Order Issue field will be left blank for now.

Work Order Issues are now visible in the Task Detail Drawer within Manage.

Mobile support coming soon! We are training the model to improve accuracy before rolling it out to mobile devices.
