Technicians can utilise call bridging (hiding Technicians phone number) to communicate with residents if the Property has Call Complete enabled.

How to Use

Property MUST have Call Complete enabled to use this feature.

  1. If Call Complete is enabled for a Property, this will work automatically for Technicians needing to call a resident from the app.
    1. The Resident will receive this call from the “Property Number” as set up in Call Complete
  2. If Call Complete IS NOT enabled for the Property, Technicians will still be able to use a Masked Call as before (ONLY available in US)
    1. The Resident will receive this call from a “Masked” number (”Private Number” or “Unknown Caller”)
