Creating a Schedule

  • Choose the Property you're working under, and then select “Schedules” from the left sidebar in Happy Manage, then click “Create Schedule” under Manage Schedules on the right.

  • From here, select a template for your scheduled inspection. The title will become the default inspection title. From here you can click on the title to re-name the inspection if you wish.

  • Apply the scheduled inspections(s) to the unit you need to inspect.

  • Select the inspection frequency. It may be Days, Weeks, Months, or Years, and make sure to indicate when it is Available to Start.

  • Mark your inspection expired at a specific date, or overdue. Expired will render the inspection inaccessible at the end of the expiration date. Past Due option will allow inspectors to complete an inspection past the inspection’s due date.

  • Make sure the Schedule is Enabled and save the Schedule.

  • Adjust the frequency and availability of the scheduled inspection by clicking on Schedules in the left sidebar and choosing from the different options available. 

 

Editing a Schedule

  • Choose the Property you're working under, and then select “Schedules” from the left sidebar in Happy Manage.

  • Click on a scheduled inspection.

  • Make your edits and be sure to save your changes by clicking the save button.



Disabling a Schedule

  • Choose the Property you're working under, and then select “Schedules” from the left sidebar in Happy Manage.

  • Click on a scheduled inspection.

  • Navigate to the “Schedule” tab (the last page in the tab). You may need to scroll to the bottom where you’ll see the option to enable or disable the schedule.

  • Toggle the switch to disable the schedule.

  • Make sure to save your changes by clicking the save button.

The schedule will now be disabled - any outstanding scheduled inspections generated will still exits and can be completed. Upon the due date passing, no inspections will be generated.


Finding a Schedule

You can search for a schedule using the search bar at the top of the Schedules page.


Adjusting Time Zones

  • Navigate to the overview page for the folder.

  • Click “Actions” in the top right corner.

  • Click Set Timezone from the dropdown menu and make your changes.


Deleting a Schedule

  • Choose the Property you're working under, and then select “Schedules” from the left sidebar in Happy Manage.

  • Select the checkbox next to the schedule you’d like to delete.

Select “Delete Schedule” in the right sidebar menu and accept.
