Purpose: Guide for setting up inspection template sections (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms) to repeat automatically based on unit data.

1. Log in to Manage Admin
   • Go to https://manage.happyco.com
   • Make sure you are in the correct Business 
2. Navigate to Inspection Templates
   • Click Settings on the top right
   • Navigate to Inspection Templates. (You must have the permissions to update templates, usually reserved for Admins)
   • Open the exact template used for your inspections.
3.  Identify Sections to Repeat
   • Scroll through the template editor and locate sections like:
         •    Bedroom
         •    Bathroom
         •    Any other “Room” sections meant to duplicate per unit.
4. Edit Section Settings
   • Double click the section title (e.g., Bedroom) to open its settings.
   • Enable the option “Multiply section based on number of rooms”.
   • This ensures the section repeats automatically based on unit data.

5. Save Changes

   • Click Update Section
   • Save & Exit

    

Notes:

This process ensures that inspections are generated correctly for units of varying sizes without the need to manually duplicate sections. Note that any changes to the template will only apply to inspections created after the update; previously generated inspections will not be updated retroactively.

If the issue is that the inspection template is missing rooms or sections, this must be reviewed and updated directly within the template configuration in Manage, as the structure is controlled there.
