What Assignee Sync does
When your onsite team assigns a work order to someone in your PMS, Happy Property and Happy Force will maintain those assignments. For Happy Force customers, those work orders won't enter the work queue.

Tasks will sync with your PMS throughout the day to ensure assignments stay current.
Happy Force
Happy Force checks the assignee on each work order and keeps it aligned with your PMS. Here's what happens in each case:
- Your PMS has an assignee, Tasks doesn't — Tasks adds that person as the assignee and keeps the request out of the Happy Force queue.
- Your PMS has no assignee, Tasks does — Tasks clears the assignment, because your PMS is the source of truth.
- Both already match — nothing changes.
- Neither has an assignee — nothing changes, and the request stays available for Happy Force to pick up.
Which PMS products are supported?
We are releasing this feature to Entrata customers first, with further PMS support to follow.
What you need to do
Check with your CSM to ensure Assignee Sync is enabled. Nothing changes in how your onsite team works. Keep assigning service requests in your PMS the way you always have. As long as your integration is connected and active, Assignee Sync runs automatically in the background.
