Call Complete: How to create users for your onsite team?

How do I create users for my onsite team?

The Property Manager can add users directly through manage.happy.co by doing the following:

  • Go to the Call Complete tab

  • Select Profiles, then Teams

  • Tap the Manage+ button

  • Click +Add Team Member at the bottom

When adding a New Team Member, you have the option to select No Email Available for instances where the user does not have an email or shares a property email with an existing user.

 

When a user is created with 'No Email Available' selected, HappyCo randomly generates an email (@noemail.com) for the user to utilize as their form of login. The email can be found by viewing the user under your OnsIte Team.

 

The password for 'No Email Available' users is initially set to their 10 digit phone number.
