What to expect? A better HappyCo Manage experience!

HappyCo is excited to share a fresh and focused visual redesign of our web app Happy Manage featuring refined readability, navigation and accessibility.

From improved design elements to easier access and enhanced usability, here are a few things you can expect to find:


The menu and submenu have been merged together into a single side column for a consistent and easily accessible menu.


Settings can now be found in the top right corner of the page. This is where you can now access your Property Settings for editing Regions and Property details.


Profile settings are now in the top right corner. Your Profile Settings are found here, as well as the Business Switcher if you happen to have multiple business accounts.




Properties can be switched using the dropdown menu at the top of the page.


Templates now have a dedicated option to filter the list of templates by property.


Business Dashboards have a new button to the left of the Property Switcher allowing you to easily jump to the dashboard you need.


Search, filtering and sorting are now consistent for all searchable lists with a dedicated side drawer for selecting filters to apply, just click the Apply Filters button to apply new filter options.  Effective September 13, 2022, Tasks are sortable (Inspection sort is coming soon!): 

  • All columns on the Task list in New Manage can be sorted A→Z and vice versa
  • Clicking a sort header again will swap the sort direction


Inspections lists will now load the first 20 inspections, resulting in faster loading times. Scroll to the bottom of the page in order to automatically load 20 additional inspections.


Scheduling now has a step in the create/editing process that contains the schedule name, and whether it is enabled/disabled.





Settings can now be found in the top right corner of the page.


User management now allows multiple roles to be enabled per user, by Account Admins.


Export Property Data has been moved to the Properties settings page. You can access this via the settings page as shown below:



Report Workflows no longer need to select a style for each report type, and their setting descriptions have been updated to make functionality clearer.

Outlines can be edited by downloading a CSV copy of your template:



Tasks & Projects


Project Boards now have an option on each stage to select default categories with arrows to reorganize stages. A menu with Edit Board Details allows for the editing of name, type and project due date.




Tasks lists will now load the first 20 tasks, resulting in faster loading times. Scroll to the bottom of the page in order to automatically load 20 additional tasks.


Editing Tasks has a dropdown to change the priority (normal vs urgent), and one to change the status (Open vs On Hold vs Complete). Editing of Category and Location has moved to the overflow menu.


Completed tasks can have their details edited.


Project Boards now have slimmer stage views to fit better on your screen, a new red dot to show which stages are overdue, and a lined border around stages which are scheduled for today. You can hover over a stage to see what the statuses are of items in the stage.


Tasks/Inspections can now be assigned directly from the project view.

Assignees are visible when you hover over assignee to see the user’s name.

Due Dates are now shown for each inspection and task, not just the stage due.

Completed projects can have their details edited.
