This article covers how to add a template to your HappyCo account or duplicate an existing template.
Please note: This can only be done by a user that has the Administrator role in HappyCo. HappyCo Administrator roles are not linked to Buildium Administrator roles.
Adding a New Template

Log into Manage, and click on the Settings icon in the lower left corner above your initials

Select the Inspection Templates option in the pop up menu

Once on the template list page, click on the New Template button in the upper right corner

You will then have a list of potential templates to search through

To preview a template, click on it in the list

To add the template to your account, click the Get Template button in the upper right corner

You can also click Close Preview in the lower right corner to go back to the template list

Once a template is added to your account, return to the Inspection Templates tab in Settings

You can now open and edit the template as needed
Duplicating an Existing Template
You can make duplicates of existing templates within your Template Library. This can be useful if properties need access to the same type of template, but may have varying needs for what is listed within the sections of that template.
To duplicate an existing template, follow the steps below:

Log into your account in Manage

Click on the Settings icon in the lower left corner above your initials

Select the Inspection Templates option in the pop up menu

Click on the circle to the left of the template you want to duplicate

Once the circle has been checked, click the Batch Duplicate button in the lower right corner

You can select multiple templates to duplicate simultaneously

The template has now been duplicated, and you can make any edits necessary without affecting the original template
