What is the Plugin Marketplace?

An integration marketplace that allows our partners to provide services directly to customers in HappyCo via “Plugins”, bringing immediate value to mutual customers and expanding their reach through our extensive customer base.

What is a Plugin?

Partners build “Plugins” using our open API that can be subscribed to by mutual customers, allowing partners to 

• Pull data (e.g. Work Order Status)
• Edit data (e.g. Updating a Work Order's Status)
• Create new data (e.g. Creating a new Work Order)
• Create a customizable module directly in HappyCo (called "Plugin Data") for unique fields, data, and actions on Work Orders, Inspections, Users, and Vendors
