HappyCo's Plugin Marketplace allows software providers to build certified integrations, called Plugins, directly on top of the HappyCo platform. This guide is for software providers interested in becoming a Plugin Partner and listing their integration in the Marketplace.

What Plugin Partners Can Build

Plugins are built using HappyCo's open API and can be subscribed to by mutual customers. As a Plugin Partner, your Plugin can:

  • Pull data (e.g. Work Order status, inspection results)
  • Push data (e.g. updating a Work Order's status)
  • Create new data (e.g. creating a new Work Order)
  • Create Plugin Data — a customizable module added directly inside HappyCo for unique fields, data, and actions on Work Orders, Inspections, Users, and Vendors

Plugin Data Example:

Happy Lock Co. generates a one-time access code within a Work Order for one of their locks.
