Overview

Before you begin your first property walkthrough with SiteVisit, you’ll need to ensure your account and property details are set up. If you’re already a HappyCo user, this process will feel familiar and fast.

 

1. Creating Your Account or Signing in

When you visit SiteVisit you can either setup a net new account or you can sign in to your existing HappyCo account. 

New user

You can configure a new user if you haven't previously used/are using a HappyCo product. Enter your name, company, email address, and configure a password. If your company has an active account with HappyCo, your email and user will be added to that company automatically.

Existing HappyCo Customers

Existing HappyCo users can simply click Sign In from the SiteVisit homepage. If you’re already logged into another HappyCo product, you’ll be automatically signed in — no extra steps required.

Once signed in, your profile icon will display your initials in the top-right corner, confirming your account access.

 

2. Entering your Property Information

After signing in, you will add property details for the site you're going to be touring.

The property information ensures your inspection results and scores are accurately attributed. You can review or edit these details before moving forward.

There is currently no link between existing properties in HappyCo and properties entered in the SiteVist Onboarding flow.
