Overview

Set up your SiteVisit template by selecting your site visit type amenities, reviewing pre-filled questions, and customizing the order and content of your inspection.

1. Defining Your Site Visit Type

Select the type of SiteVisit you’re conducting:

  • Brand Standard – Focused on adherence to brand and operational standards.
  • Financial Assessment – Evaluates performance against financial expectations.
  • Property Condition – Reviews the physical condition of the community.

Each type curates questions specific to your focus area. Click Preview to see a sample of the questions before starting.

2. Adding Amenities

Select the amenities you’ll review during your visit. SiteVisit comes pre-loaded with the most common amenities found on a property.

You can also create custom amenities — for instance, a Dog Park or Package Room — that are unique to your property.

3. Adding Sample Unites

Once you've selected your property amenities, you can indicate how many units you'll be assessing as a part of your site visit.

Once you're ready, select Continue to customize the questions and layout of your SiteVisit

4. Customizing Your SiteVisit

After you select amenities, SiteVisit generates a custom inspection template that includes pre-filled questions for each section. From this page you can:

  • Edit questions by clicking the pencil icon.
  • Reorder sections to match your preferred flow.
  • Add new sections for amenities you may have missed.
  • Duplicate existing amenities to make the process more efficient

This flexibility allows every inspection to reflect the specific needs of your property and team. Once you're set, select Begin Site Visit
