Properties marked as Closed 24/7 (such as those using After Hours/Happy Force coverage only) will now reliably receive daily summary emails.
What’s changed
Previously, if a property was marked "closed" every day, no summary emails were sent, the system waited for an “open” period that never came. Now:
Properties with office hours still receive summaries during open hours.
Properties closed for 2+ consecutive days get their summary at 7:00 AM local time the next day.
Properties closed all week (24/7) now get a summary every morning at 7:00 AM local time.

How it works
The system sends one summary per day, with all call and message activity from the prior 24 hours — no duplicates, no gaps.

Each batch email includes all calls (including Happy Force calls) and activity from the previous 24 hours, ensuring you receive exactly one summary per day.
Example
If your property is closed every day and covered by Happy Force:
On Monday at 7:00 AM, you receive the summary for Sunday’s activity.
On Tuesday at 7:00 AM, you get the summary for Monday, and so on.
If your office reopens midweek, summary delivery automatically shifts back to open hours.
Why this matters
No matter how your property is configured — full-time staff, After Hours only, or extended closures — you’ll now consistently receive your daily summaries. This keeps teams aligned and ensures no activity is missed.
