This article covers how to view and edit property sharing for your Business Wide Templates.

Business Wide Inspection Templates allow your business to manage templates that can easily be accessed from different Properties, eliminating the need to copy your templates to each property any time there are changes.

Here's how to view your list of templates across businesses:

• Open the settings menu in the bottom left

• Click Inspection Templates

To edit which properties a template is shared with, select the Sharing Options button. From there, you'll have the following options to choose from:

• All properties: the default, templates will be shared to all properties including any newly added ones

• Specific Properties: select multiple properties to share the template with
