The HappyCo Connector brings your HappyCo data directly into Claude, letting you ask plain-English questions about your maintenance operations and get instant answers. No reports to run, no dashboards to dig through.

This first phase focuses on work order data. You can ask questions that roll up and compare data across your properties and portfolio β€” spotting trends, identifying problem areas, and benchmarking performance across your team. The ability to ask about individual work orders is coming later in 2026 (more on that below).


What you can explore today

With the HappyCo Connector, you can ask Claude questions about your work order data broken down by:

  • Property β€” how each community is performing, how many open work orders they have, and how quickly they're completing maintenance requests
  • Work category β€” which types of maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, etc.) are taking the longest or generating the most volume
  • Technician β€” how completion times compare across your maintenance team members
  • Time β€” how work order volume and completion rates are trending week over week

Example questions you can ask

  • "What work order category is taking my technicians the longest to complete at each property?"
  • "Which of my properties has the most open work orders right now?"
  • "Show me how work order volume has trended over the last 12 weeks across my portfolio."
  • "Which properties are falling behind on completing maintenance requests?"
  • "Which technician has the highest average completion time for HVAC work orders?"
  • "How many work orders were created vs. completed at each property last month?"

How to turn it on

The HappyCo Connector is available in the Claude Connectors Directory. To add it:

  1. In Claude, click the "+" button in the lower left of your chat, or type "/" to open the menu.
  2. Hover over Connectors and select Manage connectors.
  3. Click the "+" button next to Connectors to browse the directory.
  4. Search for HappyCo and click on it.
  5. Click Connect and follow the prompts to authenticate with your HappyCo account.

Once connected, toggle HappyCo on from the Connectors menu in any conversation and start asking questions.

For Team or Enterprise Claude accounts: Your organization's Claude admin will need to enable the HappyCo Connector at the org level before individual users can connect. Once enabled, each user authenticates with their own HappyCo credentials. For detailed instructions, see Use Connectors to Extend Claude's Capabilities.


What's coming in 2026

The HappyCo Connector is actively expanding. Later this year we'll be adding:

  • More data sources β€” including Project data and Inspection data
  • Individual record lookup β€” ask Claude about a specific work order, project, or inspection
  • Bulk actions β€” Administrators will be able to create and update work orders in bulk directly from Claude
  • More AI tools β€” the HappyCo Connector is coming to ChatGPT and Gemini in addition to Claude
