Overview
This error shows up when RealPage doesn’t see an active HappyCo integration for your property, either because the property (called a site in RealPage) isn’t active under the HappyCo application, or because the RealPage username or password HappyCo has on file changed.
What you’ll see in HappyCo:
“Integration for Client ID and Property ID is not Active”
How to fix it
Complete these steps in order.
Step 1. In RealPage, find the site under the HappyCo application and check its status (only a RealPage administrator can complete this step)
- Canceled: change the site’s status to Active and click Save
- Pending: contact HappyCo Support with the property name and its RealPage site ID so HappyCo can approve the site.
- Active: go to Step 2.
Step 2. If the site is active, the username or password for the HappyCo integration was probably changed in RealPage. In RealPage, find the current username and password for the HappyCo integration, then contact HappyCo Support with:
- The property name and its RealPage site ID
- The current username for the HappyCo integration
- Do not share the password in your first message! Wait to share the password through the secured method HappyCo Support provides you
HappyCo then updates your integration with the new credentials.
