Overview

How to Set it Up
Setup requires two steps: first, your team submits a request to MRI to enable HappyCo's access. Then, you share your login credentials with HappyCo to complete the connection.
Step 1: Request HappyCo Integration Access from MRI
Submit a support request via the myMRI Client Portal. In your request, ask your MRI representative to enable the HappyCo Inspection Module and grant HappyCo access to the following API endpoints:

Step 2: Provide Login Credentials to HappyCo
Once MRI has confirmed access, share the following with your HappyCo contact:
- Username
- Password
- Client ID
- Database
- URL
HappyCo will confirm access and complete the remaining setup.
