Step 1: Go to the either a Capital Project or Unit Renovation
Step 2: Go to the Documents & Photos section
Step 3: Select either Upload Document or Upload Photos
Step 4: Follow the steps below depending on if you choose Upload Document or Upload Photos
Upload Document:
- (From the three-dot icon in the Documents tile) Select Attach Invoice or Attach Files
- Attaching an invoice does not allow - a title or photo category type
- Add a Title to the photo
- Select the photo category type (e.g., Contract, Purchase Order, Change Order, Report, or Other)
- Select the Choose Files option to upload a photo from your device
- Add any Additional Information about the document if needed
- Click Save to save the photo to the project
Upload Photos:
- Add a Title to the photo
- Select the photo category type (e.g., Pre-Construction, Progress, Completion, or Other)
- Select the Choose Files option to upload a photo from your device
- Click Save to save the photo to the project
The document title and upload time and date will be recorded with the upload. Document file types that are supported can be found here.

You can also download any documents that have been attached by clicking the download icon (the icon to the left of the trashcan) on the right-hand side of the attached file.
