This article covers how to create a Community Broadcast if this option is enabled for your property.
📢 Feature Update: Jan 2025
We’re making updates to SMS messaging to enhance the resident communication experience across our products.
Starting January 24th, 2025, SMS messages will be limited to 150 characters. This adjustment ensures concise and efficient communication while maintaining the strong resident experience you rely on.
By keeping messages short and clear, we aim to:
- Improve readability for residents.
- Ensure timely delivery of important updates and notifications.
- Support better communication workflows across all properties.
We recommend reviewing your current messaging templates and adjusting them to fit within the new character limit to ensure a seamless transition.
