This article covers how to deactivate and reactivate users in your HappyCo account. 

Please note: This can only be done by a user that has the Administrator role in HappyCo. HappyCo Administrator roles are not linked to Buildium Administrator roles.

 

Deactivating a Team Member

  • Log into Manage, and click on the Settings icon in the lower left corner above your initials

  • Select the Users option in the pop up menu

  • Once on the Users list page, click on the name of the user you need to deactivate

  • On the User's Profile, click on the 3 vertical dots button in the upper right corner next to Manage Direct Access

  • Select the Deactivate button

  • Please note:

    • Once deactivated, users can't access their account or upload data linked to their login

    • Make sure no inspections or reports from the user are waiting to be uploaded from their device

 

Reactivating a Team Member

  • Log into Manage, and click on the Settings icon in the lower left corner above your initials

  • Select the Users option in the pop up menu

  • Once on the User list page, select the Deactivated Users button

  • Click on the Reactivate button to the right of the user's name
