This article covers how to delete a template from your HappyCo account.

Please note: This can only be done by a user that has the Administrator role in HappyCo. HappyCo Administrator roles are not linked to Buildium Administrator roles.

To delete a template from your account, please follow the steps below:

• Log into your account in Manage

• Click on the Settings icon in the lower left corner above your initials

• Select the Inspection Templates option in the pop up menu

• Click on the template you need to delete to open the Template Preview

• Select Delete from the menu on the right side of the screen

• Please note: Once a template has been deleted, there is not an option to unarchive it within Manage
