Access Admin Center from Happy Asset:
- From any screen in Happy Asset, in the upper right section of the screen, click the cog icon to the right of the bell icon.
- This will redirect you to Admin Center
- Next on the left-hand side of the screen click Roles (which opens below Users)
- From here you can follow the below instructions on how to create new roles
Using existing roles:
You can assign a user role by clicking on the user > Role Management.

You can view the details of the Happy Asset permissions that apply to each role by clicking Roles > Administrator > scrolling to the bottom.

Creating a new role:
If you would like to build your own roles or customize our standard roles, that can be done using the following process:
Option 1
- Click the New Role button in the top right corner of the page
- Select a new role from the list of roles (roles are a template of permissions that can be changed)
- Type a name for the role
- Type a description for the role
- Select which permissions you would like the role to have
- To create the role, click the Add Role button

- On any existing role, click the three vertical dots icon to the right of the role
- Type a new name for the role
- Type a new description for the role
- Select which permissions you would like the role to have
