Onsite teams and Happy Force technicians follow the same up-to-date steps when handling resident issues — improving consistency, reducing onboarding and update friction, and laying the foundation for more proactive, automation-driven support over time.
This is also the substrate AI workflows will draw from over time. The more of your operations that live in HappyCo as structured SOPs, the more JoyAI and the rest of the AI layer can act on them with full context.
