Call Management allows you to manage notifications for each of your users to ensure your team members are alerted when messages are received from prospects and residents who call in. You can manage how notifications are received by each of your team members.
Manage email and SMS notification settings
You can manage what type of notification your team members receive when a voice mail is left by a called. The notification options are either email or SMS notification for individual users.
You can set this up by navigating to Settings under Call Management under Teams. You will be shown the list of users with Call Management access for this property.
To manage the voice mail notification settings for each user, select the user and click the 'Notifications' tab in their profile drawer. A detailed breakdown of what notifications are available is provided.
