The due dilligence order form now allows for Billing Region selection! Click "New Order" and you will see the dropdown in the bottom right corner of the form. 

Adding Regions

To add a region, navigate to the Due Diligence Dashboard, then click on the property selector. At the top right click New Region. Add the new region and click Create Region.

Alternatively if your business has a Happy Property subscription you can add a region through Happy Property. Using either method requires you to wait until the following day to see the change in the Billing Region dropdown. The list of regions syncs every morning at 8:00 AM UTC.

Benefits of Using Billing Region

By using the billing region dropdown this allows for:

• The billing region to be included on the invoice you will recieve from HappyCo
• The billing region is also available to be used on custom reports
