This article covers how to reset your password and update your user details in Manage.
Resetting Your Password

Navigate to the HappyCo Homepage:
- Go to our HappyCo homepage and click on the Sign-in option at the upper right corner.

Click on "Forgot Password?":
- On the sign-in page, click on the Forgot Password? link.

Enter Your Email:
- Enter your user email address and click the Continue button. This will send a password reset email to your account.

Check Your Email:
- Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. Make sure to check your junk or spam folders as well. If you find the email there, please whitelist our domain (@happyco.com).

Reset Your Password:
- Once you receive the email, click the provided link and enter a new password. Please ensure your new password:
- Is at least 8 characters long (the longer, the better).
- Includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for increased security.
- We recommend using a password generator tool, such as LastPass, to create a strong and secure password.
- After entering your new password, click the Change my password button.
- Once you receive the email, click the provided link and enter a new password. Please ensure your new password:

Login with Your New Password:
- Attempt to log in using your new password.
Updating Your User Details in Happy Manage

First, log into Manage

Click on your initial displayed in a circle in the upper right corner

Next, select Edit Profile

On this screen you can update your Full name, Short name, Email, Phone number, and Password

Once changes have been made, click the Save in the lower right corner
- Please note: Any changes made to a user's profile will not affect any previously generated reports that included Inspector Details
