This article covers how to reset your password and update your user details in Manage.

 

  1. Navigate to the HappyCo Homepage:

    • Go to our HappyCo homepage and click on the Sign-in option at the upper right corner.
  2. Click on "Forgot Password?":

    • On the sign-in page, click on the Forgot Password? link.
  3. Enter Your Email:

    • Enter your user email address and click the Continue button. This will send a password reset email to your account.
  4. Check Your Email:

    • Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. Make sure to check your junk or spam folders as well. If you find the email there, please whitelist our domain (@happyco.com).
  5. Reset Your Password:

    • Once you receive the email, click the provided link and enter a new password. Please ensure your new password:
      • Is at least 8 characters long (the longer, the better).
      • Includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for increased security.
      • We recommend using a password generator tool, such as LastPass, to create a strong and secure password.
    • After entering your new password, click the Change my password button.
  6. Login with Your New Password:

    • Attempt to log in using your new password.

 

Updating Your User Details in Happy Manage 

  • First, log into Manage

  • Click on your initial displayed in a circle in the upper right corner

  • Next, select Edit Profile

  • On this screen you can update your Full name, Short name, Email, Phone number, and Password

  • Once changes have been made, click the Save in the lower right corner

  • Please note: Any changes made to a user's profile will not affect any previously generated reports that included Inspector Details
