If you’ve been out in the field all day without a solid internet connection, you can continue to sync when you get back online.

The total number of items that need to be synced will appear in the top left, in the Cloud Activity

In order to upload to the cloud and sync, make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection

Once you do, your data should begin syncing automatically, if not-- you can tap the Sync button in the top right to jumpstart the process

Check both data and photo streams to make sure they’re up-to-date

The total number of items that need to sync will appear as a number at the top left of the Cloud window

If you have a lot of photos they could take several minutes to upload
On Android devices, you'll need to have Background Sync enabled.

The location of Background Sync can vary, depending on your device

It can generally be found in your device Settings menu

If you have a hard time finding the setting, type "[device model], background sync enabled" into a search engine, such as Google
Some Samsung devices may have Sync Data disabled in the devices settings, which will cause issues with uploading your data. To turn this on:

Tap User & Privacy

Tap Accounts

Tap Inspector

Turn Sync Data to 'On'
