Overview

Happy Force works in step with your onsite team. When a maintenance request in your PMS is already assigned to one of your own team members, it will bypass Happy Force. The request still syncs into Tasks as normal but stays where you've assigned it, rather than being routed to Happy Force.

How it works

When a request syncs from your PMS into HappyCo, HappyCo looks at whether you've already assigned it to someone on your team:

  • Assigned to your team in PMS: The request syncs into Tasks and stays with your onsite team. Happy Force leaves it to them.
  • Not yet assigned in PMS: The request syncs into Tasks and is routed to Happy Force, ready to be picked up.

You stay in control. Whatever your team takes on in your PMS is theirs to run, and anything still open flows to Happy Force for coverage.

Why it helps

Your onsite team and Happy Force are working from the same picture. Requests your team owns stay with your team, and everything else gets Happy Force coverage, so residents always have a single, clear point of contact and work moves forward without overlap.
