Property Notices let you post time-sensitive alerts that are visible to technicians handling calls for a specific property — for example, a planned maintenance window, a temporary entry restriction, or a seasonal notice.

You can manage Property Notices in Call Management. (They are not available from Call Complete.)

Viewing Property Notices

Property Notices can be found by navigating to Call Management > Notify. On the Notify page, select Property Notices from the dropdown menu. On this page, you'll find a listing of all notices created at the selected property.


Posting a Property Notice

To post a Property Notice:

  1. Go to Property Notices in Call Management or Happy Force
  2. Select New Notice
  3. Enter a title and the notice details
  4. Set a display-until date so the notice expires automatically
  5. Save — the notice is visible to technicians immediately

Notices show until their display-until date; you can also remove one manually when it's no longer relevant.
