Trigger Types
HappyCo supports four inspection trigger types for Entrata:

|---|---|
| Lease From Date | Fires based on the lease start date |
| Move-In | Fires when a resident's move-in date is set |
| Move-Out | Fires when a resident's move-out date is set |
| Notice Date | Fires when a notice to vacate is recorded |
One inspection can be created per trigger type, for up to four total automated inspections per unit turn.
Note: For move-out scenarios requiring multiple inspections, use Make Ready projects rather than standalone inspection triggers.
When Inspections Are Scheduled
HappyCo checks Entrata for new lease events on a daily basis. When the relevant date and status conditions for a trigger are both present in Entrata, HappyCo schedules the corresponding inspection.
Floorplan-Based Inspection Sections
If your inspection templates include bedroom or bathroom sections, HappyCo can automatically insert the correct number of sections based on the unit's floorplan. To enable this, open the section in the template editor, check Multiple section based on number of rooms, and select the room type (Bedroom or Bathroom).
