How Inspections Are Created

Unlike most PMS integrations where HappyCo monitors for resident events directly, MRI inspections are created in MRI first and synced to HappyCo. Only inspections in Pending status in MRI are synced.

Updates Push Back to MRI

When inspection details are updated in HappyCo, those changes are pushed back to the corresponding inspection record in MRI. The following fields sync back:

• Inspector assignment
• Inspection status
• Inspection start date
• Inspection completion date

Sync Cadence

HappyCo checks for new inspections to sync from MRI every 24 hours.

MRI Setup for Inspection Sync

Enabling inspection sync requires specific configuration on the MRI side. Refer to MRI's help documentation for instructions on setting up the HappyCo inspection module in MRI.
