This article covers how to set up a Resident Alert in Call Complete. 


A Resident Alert is an audio file that plays at the beginning of the Resident with a Maintenance Issue IVR menu option, so it will only be heard by residents that select the Maintenance option when calling in.

To set a Resident Alert follow these steps:

  • Log into Manage and select your property, then click on the Call Complete tab under Apps

  • Next, select the Notify tab, which should default to the Resident Alert view

  • Enter your alert message into the Message box available

  • Then toggle the option for Enable Resident Alert for all calls

    • Your message is not live until this option is enabled and saved

  • Finally, click the blue Save button in the lower right corner
