Project checklists ensure your teams are delivering projects in a consistent and standardized manner leading to greater efficiencies.
Project milestones have been separated into 3 stages:
- During construction
- Post Construction
Default capital project checklist
To assist users with the standardization. There is a default capital project milestones that we provide for all customers to use. The default can be accessed and edited in Account Settings. The default capital project milestones will pre-populate for every new capital project that is created.
Step 1: Go to Account Settings
Step 2: Select the Project Milestones from the menu on the left
Step 3: Edit the default milestones by adding or removing items from each section. You can re-order the item by selecting and dragging the 6 dot icon on the right-hand side of the bin icon up and down. You can only re-order items within their stage.
Editing the project checklist
When you are in a capital project or unit renovation, you can edit that project's milestones by simply adding or deleting items from one of the three stages. This might come in handy when you are delivering a project that requires a departure from the standard default that you have set up.
