Exterior Project

Step 1: If you are wanting to copy an existing capital project whether it is planned, in progress or previously completed. You are able to do so by accessing that capital project and selecting our Duplicate Project option by selecting select the overflow icon (3 vertical dots) in the upper right-hand of an capital project page.

Step 2: Complete the copy project wizard by following the prompts. 

Note: for Capital Projects, you are able to copy the project to OTHER PROPERTIES in your account.

Note: for Unit Renovations, you are ONLY able to copy the project to OTHER UNITS in the SAME PROPERTY.
