HappyCo has improved the experience when editing your project board templates! HappyCo's internal update process has also been improved resulting in little-to-no failures, even when updating thousands of projects at once!

What's New?

The updated user interface allows you to:

• Better understand the scope of impact
• See the progress of the update
• Get notified when the update starts and is completed

Scope of Impact

We have updated the information modal to include the number of projects and properties that will be impacted, along with more descriptive text outlining the expectation for each project status.

Update Progress & Notifications

When an update is started, you will see a toast notification in the bottom left of your screen letting you know that two emails will be sent out - 1 for update start and 1 for update completion. Any user with permission  "View, add, and edit Boards and Project Templates" will recieve the email notifications:

When an update is in progress HappyCo now blocks the user from making additional changes until the current update is completed:

On the template list view you can see template update progress at a glance with the new progress bar:

Once completed, the progress bar will show 100% Complete. This progress bar will persist for 24 hours before disappearing:

On the rare occasion that there are failures (typically a result of improper configuration and setup) you will now be notified and guided through actions to take to resolve:
