The Lease File Audit reporting package is robust and detailed, but if you're looking for a side-by-side comparison of all of the rent roll data vs. audit data, there is a report for that! The Comparison Report can be found in the Lease File Audit environment itself:

• Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the LFA page

• Click Download Comparison

• Select the fields you'd like to export; all fields will include Rent Roll value, Lease value, Difference, and Notes (if applicable)

• Open the spreadsheet that downloads to view the side-by-side comparison of the rent roll data and audit data

The Comparison Report allows you to generate an Excel-friendly report with specific columns as selected in the steps above. This report provides a detailed, side-by-side comparison of the key data points, making it easier to identify and address any discrepancies between the rent roll and audit data.

Important Note: When exporting lease file audit information, ensure you are using the Comparison Report and not the Bulk Edit export. The Comparison Report includes all the lease file audit data, while the Bulk Edit export is intended only for making mass updates and does not contain the full audit details.
