Need to make changes to a report? No problem! You can update the inspection or audit data and regenerate your reports at any time!

Once you've made changes, simply click on DD Orders, click on your order (if necessary) and click the Regenerate Reports button on the Order page:

Clicking this button will refresh the files in the Google Drive folder that you should have already received a link to, so it will not generate a new link. You may need to wait a few minutes to see that the files have been regenerated. If you're not sure, the timestamp is the best place to look:

Note that my Google Drive files are showing in List View which makes them easier to see. You can change your view settings in Google Drive by clicking on the grid icon in the top-right corner:

Updating Incorrect Address

If you have mistakenly conducted an inspection at the wrong address, you can update the report to reflect the correct address. To do this, open the incorrect inspection in one tab and the correct inspection in another tab on the HappyCo website. Then, copy the information from the incorrect inspection and paste it into the correct inspection. Finally, complete the updated inspection and generate the report with the correct address.

Updating Reports After Changes to Regional Managers and Property Assignments

To resolve the issue of reports not refreshing after changes to regional managers and property assignments, you will need to generate a new report. The existing report will not automatically update to reflect the changes made. To generate a new report, navigate back to the original inspection and select the option to generate a new report. This will ensure the updated information, such as the new regional manager assignments, is reflected in the report.

Addressing Missing or Incomplete Data in Reports

If you are experiencing missing or incomplete data in the reports generated through the HappyCo dashboard, such as unit-by-unit walk information, photos, and notes, you can try regenerating the reports. To do this, locate the specific report that is missing data and use the 'Regenerate' function to pull in the updated information. Additionally, you can try using the 'Unit Walk Inspection Matrix' on the Property Dashboard, which may provide a more readable format of the data. If you continue to encounter issues, you may need to reach out to the HappyCo support team for further assistance.
