General Unit Walk Reports List

These reports cover condition ratings, photos, comments, and raw data exports for standard unit inspections.

• Unit Walk - Condition Ratings and Photos
  • Features all condition ratings, photos, and descriptions for standard units, with a pie chart displaying the count of ratings per item.
  • The report is structures by area, then by specific item located within a unit (e.g. Bathroom Angle Stops, Bathroom Bathtub, etc). Under each area item, there is a table for Rating and Count and a Pie Chart for a visual representation. Any Photos will display below the table and pie chart.
• Unit Walk - Condition Summary
  • Shows a summary of condition ratings per item for standard units.
  • The report structures a list of Items for Conditions selected during the unit inspection walk, totaling up how many Angle Stops are Good, need Repaired, Replaced, are Missing, etc.
• Walk Issues Report - Repair or Replace
  • Details items in units that require either Repair or Replace
  • This report is structured in a table organized by Unit Number. It lists out each item, whether it needs repaired or replaced, and which Section that item is located under.
• Walk - Comment Report
  • Detailed report of all comments, categorized by unit number, section, item, rating, and comment.
  • This report is structured into two main sections:
    • Unit Walk Comments: This section is structured into a table organized by Unit Number. It includes the Section (e.g. Bedroom 1, Entry, etc), Item (e.g. Flooring, Hardware Type, etc), Rating (e.g. Good, Repair, Replace, etc), and the Comment itself.
    • Community Walk Comments: This section is also structured into a table organized by Unit Number. It includes the Item (e.g. Fitness Center Treadmills, Playground Area Ground Cover Type, etc), Rating (e.g. Good, Repair, Replace, etc), and the Comment itself.
• Walk - All Photos Report
  • Collection of all unit and exterior photos from the walk.
  • The report is structured by Unit Number and only contains any photos that were taken for that unit during the inspection, including the Rating/Condition and any notes.
• Walk - All Ratings Report
  • Summary of all ratings per item, including rating counts and a pie chart.
  • This report is structured by area, then by specific item located within a unit (e.g. Bathroom Angle Stops, Bathroom Bathtub, etc). Under each area item, there is a table for Rating and Count and a Pie Chart for a visual representation.
• Unit Walk Export
  • Comprehensive item feed listing all items, ratings, sections, and unit numbers.
  • This report is structured in a table organized by Item in alphabetical order, including Rating, Section, and Unit Number.
• Unit Walk Comments CSV
  • Contains Unit Number, Section, Item, Rating, Walk Type, and Comment in a CSV file format
• Unit Inspection Matrix CSV

Cost Reports List

• Unit - Cost Breakdown
  • This report details the costs associated with each item in a unit.
  • It is structured by Unit Number with a table containing the Item Name, Rating Value, Item Cost, Quantity, and Sub Total.
• Unit - Cost Summary
  • Summary of total costs by unit number.
  • This report is structured into a table containing the Unit Number and total Costs associated with that unit, totaling up all costs on the last page.
• Walk - Cost Summary
• Unit Walk - Ratings Photos and Costs
  • Complete condition ratings with associated costs and photos, organized by section for standard units.
  • The report is structures by area, then by specific item located within a unit (e.g. Bathroom Angle Stops, Bathroom Bathtub, etc). Under each area item, there is a table for Rating, Item Cost, Count, Total, and a Pie Chart for a visual representation. Any Photos will display below the table and pie chart.

Community Walk Reports List

• Community Walk - Condition Ratings and Photos
  • Includes all condition ratings, photos, and descriptions for community units, along with a pie chart showing the count of ratings per item.
  • The report is structures by area, then by specific item located within a unit (e.g. Building Exterior Breezeway Ceiling, Parking Lots / Structure Curb, etc). Under each area item, there is a table for Rating and Count and a Pie Chart for a visual representation. Any Photos will display below the table and pie chart.
• Community Walk - Condition Summary
  • Provides a count of condition ratings per item for community units.
  • This report is structured in a table by Item in alphabetical order, providing a count of Good, Repair, Replace, etc for those items.
• ** Community Walk - Ratings Photos and Costs *** - Also a Cost related report
  • Comprehensive condition ratings with associated costs and photos, organized by section for community units.
  • The report is structures by area, then by specific item located within a unit (e.g. Building Exterior Breezeway Ceiling, Parking Lots / Structure Curb, etc). Under each area item, there is a table for Rating, Item Cost, Count, Total, and a Pie Chart for a visual representation. Any Photos will display below the table and pie chart.
