HappyCo's Guest Inspections is a feature for Inspections, available with a Pro Plan.

The Guest Inspections feature allows a user to send or share an inspection with a resident for them to perform. The inspection can be carried out by the resident at their convenience, using any browser.

Guest Inspections provides a solution for situations where access to units isn't practical, as the inspection can easily be completed by the resident without requiring staff entering the units. You may find Guest Inspections handy for Move In Inspections, Annual Unit Inspections, Unit Asset Inventory, Fire Safety inspections, and more!

The Guest Inspections feature sends inspections from Happy Manage (on the web) and not the mobile Inspections app, so be sure to log in to Happy Manage at www.happy.co to send the inspections!
