  • Lease File Audit Overview
    • Compilation report showing demographics, rent analysis by floorplan, household income, and more.
    • This report is structured into many sections, each containing tables, pie charts, bar graphs, etc
      • Rent Analysis by Floor Plan
        • A table that contains the Floor Plan, SQFT, Total Unit count, Occupancy %, AVG Market Rent, AVG Rent, Net rent, Rent Per SQFT, AVG Income, Market Rent to Income, Net Rent to Income
      • Rent Analysis Summary
        • A table that contains Units, Units with Rent, Total Rent Rr, Total Rent, AVG Rent, AVG SQFT, AVG Rent Per SQFT, Variance, Variance Count, Variance Rent Amt %, Variance Count %
      • Income Analysis
        • A table that contains Floor Plan, SQFT, Total Units, Total Occupied, AVG Annual Income, Median Annual Income, AVG Monthly Income, Median Monthly Income
      • Household Income Analysis
        • A table that contains Occupied Unit count, Total Income, AVG Annual Household Income, Median Annual Household Income
      • Household Income Analysis for Units with Income Present

        • A table that contains AVG Agr and Median Age
      • Lease Expiration Dates
        • A bar graph that shows Lease Expiration dates by month comparing the Rent Roll with what the Auditors actually entered. There is a table under the bar graph that contains a count breakdown for each month by Rent Roll and Lease Audit.
      • Concession Burndown
        • A bar graph that shows the concession burndown by month comparing the Rent roll with what the Auditors actually entered. There is a table under the bar graph containing the concession totals for each month by Rent Roll and Lease Audit.
      • Occupants Per Unit
        • A table that contains a count of how many units have a certain number of occupants living there. There is a bar graph beside of it for a visual representation.

        • A table that contains the unit lease status values, counts, and percentages of those counts. There is a pie chart for a visual representation.
      • Manager Signed
        • A table that contains the Count and Percentage of Values input during the audit. There is a pie chart for a visual representation.
      • Resident Screen Status
        • A table that contains the Count and Percentage of Values input for Resident’s Screen Status. There is a pie chart for a visual representation.
      • Top 10 Employees
        • A table that contains the top 10 values entered for Employer along with the count and percentage. There is a pie chart for a visual representation.
          • If there are over 10 Employers listed throughout the entire audit, the report automatically inserts an “Other” option as an 11th value where all other Employers not specifically listed are grouped under.
      • Top 10 Employment Industries
        • A table that contains the top 10 values entered for Employment Industry, along with the count and percentage. There is a pie chart for a visual representation.
          • If there are over 10 Employment Industries listed throughout the entire audit, the report automatically inserts an “Other” option as an 11th value where all other Industries not specifically listed are grouped under.
      • Top 10 Employment Zip Codes
        • A table that contains the top 10 values entered for Employment Zip Code, along with the count and percentage. There is a pie chart for a visual representation.
      • Resident Signed Lease
        • A table that contains the Count and Percentage of Values input during the audit. There is a pie chart for a visual representation.
      • Credit Approval
        • A table that contains the Count and Percentage of Values input during the audit. There is a pie chart for a visual representation.
      • Occupancy Status
        • A table that contains the Count and Percentage of Values input during the audit. There is a pie chart for a visual representation.
      • All Charges
        • This section contains a table that lists the Charge Type, the charge category total amount shown on Rent Roll, the charge category total amount recorded during the audit, the number of units with that specific charge type, and the count of how many units show with a variance for that charge type. There is a bar graph for a visual representation.
      • All Deposits
        • This section contains a table that lists the Deposit Type, the total amount for the deposit categories shown on Rent Roll, the total amount for the deposit categories recorded during the audit, the number of units with that specific deposit type, and the count of how many units show with a variance for that deposit type. There is a bar graph for a visual representation.
      • Market Rent
        • This section contains a table that displays the total Market Rent value on the Rent Roll, the total Market Rent recorded during the audit, the count of how many units have a Market Rent recorded, and a count of how many units show up with a Market Rent variance. There is a bar graph for a visual representation (rent roll vs. lease audit).
      • Rent
        • This section contains a table that displays the total Rent value on the Rent Roll, the total Rent recorded during the audit, the count of how many units have a Rent recorded, and a count of how many units show up with a Rent variance.   • Lease File Audit - Unit by Unit Overview
    • Short summary here
    • This report is structured into a table that is organized by Unit Number. It contains fields for Occupied (Yes or No), Annual Income, Rent, Market Rent, Net Rent, Loss to Lease, Market Rent to Income, Net Rent to Income, and Rent Per SQFT.
  • Lease File Audit - Unit All Currency Details
    • Comprehensive list of all currency fields, organized by unit.
    • This report is structured into a table organized by Unit Number. It contains all currency fields associated with that unit (Rent, Charges, Concessions, and Deposits) and their amounts.
  • Lease File Audit - Unit Charges Concessions and Deposits
    • Overview of unit occupancy status, associated charges, recurring and one-time concessions, and deposits.
    • This report is structured into a table organized by Unit Number. It contains fields for Unit Number, Occupied (Yes/No), Charges total for unit, Recurring Concessions total for unit, Onetime Concessions total for unit, and Deposits total for unit.

    • Lists discrepancies in date fields by unit, showing differences between rent roll and audit values, along with the variance in days.

    • Summarizes variances by unit, with a count of discrepancies and specific fields affected.
